Director’s Statement
There’s something radical about a woman deciding her body and her life belong to her. After my own experience with breast cancer, I wanted to explore what comes after the fear, after the treatment, after the hard work. I wanted to speak to the liberation, the thirst to take up space, the subtle art of not caring what anyone else thinks. This project is about that kind of reclamation.
